Yuu looked over at the alphess "Hmmf! I can do whatever I want with Driggs, I never said anything about being his mate" She said with a sly grin and turned away looking at her apprentice "Great... We start... Some other time... Not today... Probably not tomorrow... and possibly we may start the day after..." She muttered half to herself, not sure if what she said made sense she dropped the topic and walked off.

Lace sighed quietly. She didn't like the idea of being mentored by a wolf who's only priority was clearly males. "Thank you, Ally," She said, acknowledging the fact that she'd been welcomed openly. Hunting... that was interesting.

Aly snorted at Yuuwaku as the Beta's voice woke her, "way to make our new member welcomed," then she rose and nudged Lace. "Ok Lacey-Lay, Me and you are gonna have a talk. You're fed, so now we're gonna go get your pet scent off o' yawhile I ask you some questions about where ya came from and stuff. Gotta know my pack mates you know." she said, yawning for punctuation.

Aly smiled, "well, I guess I'll just be blunt then. What are you, because you're not wolf, not even sure if you're part wolf. So what are you?" she asked, her voice definately blunt. The paled fae closed her eyes and sighed, wondering why she was so tired.

Aly's stomach growled and she opened her eyes. "I thought I just ate," she whispered, sniffing her belly, something smelled off about it but she couldn't tell, and it was very faint. She recongnized the scent but couldn't put a place to it, so the Alphess shrugged and just continued to wait for an answer.

Lace nodded, it was a reasonable question. "I'm a dog... a certain type, called a border collie. But my mother used to tell me stories about my great great grandmother, who was a wolf."

Allaya nodded, "so, you're part Lupus. Ok, tell me more about this relative of yours," she replied calmly. The white female lifted her paw from the earth and prodded her stomach, then turned her blind eyes back to Lace. "The wolf one," she added.

"All I really know about her was the she was named Takani, and that she had her own pack, the Silver Winds. I think her mother was... Raine? I'm not sure." Lace said, wondering why it was important.

Allaya blinked, "you're related to Yuuwaku. I think. I'm not sure. YoI'm going to get food. Stay put and wash yourself off." She said angrily, marching back to the clearing. She ripped the full flank of the buck and dragged it back to the riverside. "Now get clean while I eaat. Grab a root and hold tight while the water washes over you." she ordered, taking a bloody bite of the flank.

Lace jumped in the water like Ally said,grabbing a root, and grimacing as the cold water soaked through her fur. When she was clean, she climbed out and shook her pelt out safe distance away. Walking back, she sat next to Ally. "Did you have any other questions?"

Aly grimaced, "Yeah, can you keep a secret?" her face was hard and she snapped a bark as her stomach rumbled again. Growling, she took another bite of the meat. "Can you keep a secret?" she asked again.

Lace frowned. "No need to snap. But yes, I can." She shifted her head inquisitively. "Why?"

She growled but it transformed into a whine, "I think I'm pregnant. Two and a half, and pregnant." As though voicing it made it more real, she snarled at herself. "I'm so stupid! Why did I ever even talk to him?!" she snapped at herself.

Lace sighed, lying down next to her. "It's okay, It's not like your life's over. And you have your pack to help you." She nudged her encouragingly. "It'll be okay."
(something tells me fallen is dying anyways)

Allaya stood up, growling, "I'm so disgusting, I knew him for three days! THREE!" she snarled. Then turned to Lace. "You're gonna help me. You're gonna help me through this." she said, laughing a little. "I-- I need Driggs. Man he's sexy, and he's really nice. I'm going to find him. You're coming too!"

Turning she felt for his pulse for a moment before taking off. "Follow me you need to meet Driggs!" she barked.

Lace shook her head in bemusement, then followed. Running more easily for the food and rest, she caught up with Aly. "How far?" She panted, guessing the Alphess knew where he was.

She spoke strongly her breath only somewhat fast. "Over the stepping stones," she said, stepping through the bushes to find a small river with four stones going across. "Just over these and through the bushes on the other side." she said.

The white Alphess shook herself so her fur laid flat and collected herself. She walked into the clearing where Moongazer and Driggs were, "Driggsy, may I talk to you, alone?" she smiled, her face soft and flirty.

Lace followed the alphess, and ducked her head as her eyes met the pair. "Er, hi." She said quietly.

Driggs frowned slightly, but followed the alphess anyways. "Okay," He replied. "I'll be back in a minute," He added, to Moon. 'What's a dog doing here?' He thought. 'I'll ask Allaya...'

Allaya smiled, "So, Driggs," she thought for a moment and smiled again, "how would you like to be my Alpha Male?" The blind faemoved her head as though she were looking at the trees, "does that appeal to you?" She flicked her tail under his chin.

Driggs was still suspicious. "Why the sudden turn of events? Yesterday you were happy enough to leave me with Scout." He said, sitting down. He could tell this was going to take longer than he'd thought.

"Yes," she replied, "but then I realized that packs are hard to run, and I want a council as soon as I can get one." she paused and sat "So, I have a Betess and I want an Alpha Male to help me out." Grinning she spoke like it was extremely obvious, "DUH," she laughed a little, lifting her paw and placing it back down.
